Advocacy Initiatives

In today's society, community engagement plays a crucial role in fostering positive change and impactful initiatives.

The following is a List of Issues of Resident Advocacy Groups that would complement Quayside


Great House - Committee Currently Exists


Architecture and Landscaping Committee - This is mentioned in the Bylaws as a precursor to any refurbishment or re-use of any of the amenities of the HOA


Marina- Committee Currently Exists


Playground & Fields Committee


Tennis Committee - Responsible for oversight of the use of our Tennis Courts, including league play, instruction, and the various teams that currently use them.


Community Public Relations Committee - making sure Residents are aware of what's going on, and provide a personal resource for new residents and owners


Programs and Services Committee - for determining what programs would serve our community including children's programming, music and lecture series for all ages.


Legal Documents Review Committee - to help guide the HOA into legal alignment with the DBPR, with which its documents are currently not in compliance.
